Build What Matters
We're assembling a team of engineers, operators, and builders who want to deploy autonomous robotics that protect infrastructure and save lives.
Why TAITAN
Infrastructure is aging faster than humans can repair it. TAITAN Robotics is building the autonomous systems that relocate, repair, and inspect structures at scales no humanoid robot can reach. We're a small, focused team working on hard problems that matter — from 10,000-ton building relocations to 25cm crawl-space inspections.
Mission-Driven
We build for structural champions — the teams that keep infrastructure safe.
Deploy-First
We ship real hardware to real sites. Everything we build is designed for the field.
Own the Outcome
Small team, high ownership. You'll have direct impact on every system we deploy.
Open Positions
We're actively hiring across engineering and operations. Don't see the right role? Send us your background — we're always looking for exceptional people.
Senior Robotics Engineer — Controls & Autonomy
Design and implement autonomous control systems for ATLAS crawler swarm coordination, COLOSSUS articulated intervention, and SENTINEL emergency stabilization. Experience with ROS2, motion planning, and multi-agent coordination required.
Mechanical Engineer — Heavy Systems
Design structural chassis, drive systems, and tooling for TAITAN heavy platforms. You'll work on tracked mobility, articulated arms, and modular end-effectors for repair and relocation systems rated in the multi-thousand ton class.
Embedded Software Engineer — Sensor & Perception
Build the sensor fusion and perception stack for StructuraBot inspection robots. Work across GPR, FLIR, LiDAR, ultrasonic, and visual pipelines. Deploy on GECKO, MOLE, and ORCA platforms.
Field Operations Lead
Lead pilot deployments, manage field commissioning, and coordinate with infrastructure owners and municipalities. You'll be the bridge between engineering and real-world structural intervention.
Full-Stack Engineer — Platform & Telemetry
Build the command layer, telemetry dashboards, and mission management tools that connect field operators to deployed TAITAN and StructuraBot systems. TypeScript, real-time data, and systems thinking required.
Business Development — Government & Defense
Drive the SBIR, FEMA, and Army Corps pipeline. Build relationships with federal agencies and emergency response programs. Background in govtech, defense contracting, or infrastructure sales preferred.
Don't see the right role?
We're always interested in hearing from exceptional engineers, operators, and builders. Send your background and what excites you about structural robotics.
